Did you know that 16 years ago this month I was madly trying to get our little shop in Bowmanville open? Back then the best way to keep you informed was through our Blog, I wrote about shipments arriving and some that were lost. Sometimes I wrote a little about our family life and a bit of our history. The nice thing was that you as a reader could go back and read about the projects that were featured. It was a great way to keep you informed.
Then came Facebook, Instagram, I try to post on these platforms regularly. There is the newsletter, but they tend to get forgotten as there are extra steps involved.
Social media is great for quick ideas, not too much information and better if they aren’t too ‘wordy’ but sometimes you do need to use all the words.
Today we begin a new Blog, one that will keep you inspired (I hope) and informed about new things and even some old things.
This is a new thing for me, so ‘bear with’ as I navigate this new challenge!
